The Recipe
We have an exciting opportunity for an Coordinator or Administrator to join our Distribution team at Bellshill on a fulltime time basis, working 5 over 7 day rota, however, there is some flexibility regarding the start and finish times. As part of the team you will form an integral part of our family to enable our distribution teams to deliver our great quality products, however, you don’t need to have a distribution background, as full training will be provided.
Here at our Bellshill, we’re proud to be delivering customers our freshest bakery products direct to stores across Scotland and beyond.
You will support the Transport Shift Managers, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner to meet internal and external customer needs. The main responsibilities of the position include:

- Debriefing our delivery drivers
- Assisting managers in the day to day running of the distribution office
- Filing driver and fleet records
- Uploading Agency hours onto online portal (ETips)
- Answering telephone queries
- General administrative duties as required

We have a small but experienced team of 35 colleagues working together to ensure families in the Northeast of Scotland and beyond, sample our wide range of family favourites. Aberdeen depot work in partnership with a local delivery service to ensure our products are also available on Shetland. We are currently delivering 12 million products per year to over 275 customers!
