The Recipe
As a Bakery Team Member, you will be an essential part of our production team, ensuring that our delicious products are made to the highest standards. You’ll be working on a 4 over 7 shift pattern, this means you’ll enjoy a balanced work-life schedule with plenty of time off!
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment to ensure efficient production.
- Adhere to strict quality control standards to produce top-quality products
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily production targets
- Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment
- Monitor and record production data as required
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining the production area

Our Site
Bellshill bakery is located between Glasgow and Edinburgh, and proudly supports Scotland as our Scottish Manufacturing site with nearly 300 colleagues working a variety of shift patterns. With two bread plants, we produce a variety of products and are the sole producer of Milk Roll for the UK in total we produce just under a million units weekly.
Our distribution teams deliver 1 million products per week to over 1,000 customers daily, covering 35,000 km per week and in 2022 we celebrated our 25th anniversary.
