Job Title: Warehouse/Hygiene Team Member
Function: Distribution
Contract: 4 on 2 off rota, Full Time, Permanent, starting between 0600 and 1000
Location: Biggleswade (initial start and training at Enfield)
Salary: £585.20 per week

You’ll initially be working out of our Enfield depot (at no cost to you as you'll be shuttled to the site during your trainig, in working time) while our brand-new build, state-of-the-art permanent site in Biggleswade is being completed —but once it's ready, that’s where you’ll rise and shine.

Essential Ingredients
- Able to work a 4 on 2 shift pattern - starting between 0600 and 1000
- Experience in a similar role within FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods)
- Ability to work in a safe manner and consider the safety of others
- Previous experience in a hygiene role would be advantageous
- A good attention to detail with a firm focus on Quality and Health & Safety
- Able to adapt well to change and undertake a variety of activities across our operation
- Demonstrating teamwork and communicating effectively developing relationships with team members and other teams across the site

The Recipe
Our experienced Team Member role offers the opportunity to work as part of a multi-skilled team, taking an active role in maintaining high standards of health & safety, hygiene, and operational processes across our warehouse environment. Team Members are a vital part of our work family, ensuring products are stored and handled correctly so they’re ready for distribution to our customers.
This role is an integral part of a shift team within a 24/7 operation, supporting Warburtons in delivering unbeatable quality products to our customers.
Our Team Members are multi-skilled and work across various areas within hygiene and warehouse operations – at times autonomously – ensuring compliance with statutory hygiene standards and company procedures.
Health and Safety and Quality are central to everything we do. You’ll be actively involved in making decisions that help us maintain these standards every day.
You’ll also provide basic support and guidance within the team, leading by example in your work activities.
