Working with our Site Lead, Warehouse, and Distribution Teams at the site you’ll be an important part of our work family. Ensuring our quality products are ready to be delivered to our customers on time and in full, with your eye always on quality.

Essential Ingredients
- Experience of leading, mentoring and developing a team, ensuring they are motivated, trained and with the company goals
- Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams, including distribution and manufacturing, in order to maintain the highest quality and seamless supply chain operations
- Good working knowledge of SAP
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the warehouse team
The Recipe
As the Warehouse Shift Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Squires Gate warehouse. You will lead a team of warehouse team members, overseeing their activities, setting performance goals and driving a culture of excellence. Your strategic thinking and operational expertise will help us maintain the highest standards in ensuring the freshest products are delivered on time and in full to our customers.
