The Recipe
As part of our Bognor team, you’ll be at the heart of our operation, helping ensure our products are ready to reach customers across the UK. But this isn’t just about picking bread—this is about being a key player in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
You’ll:
- Support warehouse operations including picking, loading, and dispatching.
- Take ownership of shift paperwork, stock records, and basic admin tasks.
- Help coordinate shift activity and support new starters.
- Champion health & safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Work closely with team leaders to ensure smooth running of the shift.

Bognor Regis Distribution Depot is proud of our One Team culture and the role we play in distributing our freshly baked products to our customers. Bognor Regis has over 100 colleagues working across distribution and warehousing from a wide range of nationalities, who support in the delivery of over one million items per week to around 1000 stores. Our drivers pick and deliver to stores as far as Poole, Winchester, Aldershot, Weybridge, Leatherhead, Crawley & Eastbourne and anywhere in between.
