Are you an experienced Accounts Assistants and available for a 6 month fixed-term contract opportunity?  


Working alongside the Accounts Payable team you’ll support the processing of invoices and credits and ensuring that payment is made to vendors on time.

The Recipe


We have a 6 month fixed term contract opportunity available to support our Accounts Payable team. We are looking for you to have previous experience of working in a busy Accounts environment.  You will have responsibility for ensuring all invoices and credits are processed in a timely manner and will maintain vendor accounts resolving queries with efficient and effective communication skills.

In this role you will manage outstanding invoices, ensuring all are paid within the correct payments terms. Working in the finance team you will be highly organised and able to demonstrate your experience of working to strict deadlines and reporting timetables.

You will have attention to detail and a professional approach to managing invoices and processing proof of delivery requests for our customers.  You will have experience in problem-solving, recognising and offering solutions for any errors that may arise.

Working collaboratively, you will be an integral part of our team with the ability to build and maintain great customer relationships, both internal and external.

Essential Ingredients


•    Available immediately for a 6-month Fixed Term Contract.

•    Knowledge and understanding of purchase ledger processes.
•    Good organisational skills, planning your own time, and prioritising your workload effectively.
