Opportunity
An exciting brand new opportunity has arisen to join our high performing People Team.
In a newly created role, you will focus on how we can optimise our processes and services to align our generalist people operations with organisational goals to enhance our customer experience, leverage technology to streamline processes and use data and insight to enhance our business performance.
The role will be key in ensuring the delivery of high quality generalist people processes by identifying inefficiencies, implementing innovative solutions and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Accountabilities and Measures
Process Optimisation; Analyse, redesign and implement standardised HR generalist shared services processes to support the business. Providing efficiency, reducing manual effort, best in class service and standardisation.
Performance Monitoring and Analytics; Work with KPIs, data and analytics to identify trends, measure impact and inform decision making. Generate actionable reports, dashboards and insights in areas such as query resolution, cost per transaction and customer satisfaction activities.
Implementation of Automation and Technology; Working with our HRIS and IT teams to identify and implement automation and digitisation opportunities and support the introduction of new HR Systems and tools to improve efficiency and user experience.
Driving a Culture of Continuous Improvement; Promote lean, six sigma or similar opportunities to embed CI within the team. Developing team capability by organising workshops and training sessions, being a champion for change and developing a culture of sharing best practice.
Customer Experience Enhancement; Gather feedback from key stakeholder and implement initiatives which drive our customer experience forward, monitoring customer satisfaction metrics and proactively addressing areas of concern.
Project Management; Lead the identification, prioritisation and management of key improvement initiatives using strong project management methodologies and excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Stakeholder Collaboration; Partner with our People Services, wider People Team and other stakeholders to understand issues, facilitate cross functional collaboration and communicate the value and impact of all improvement initiatives.
CPD; Take responsibility for maintaining own continuous professional development (CPD) and knowledge of best practice. Identify CPD opportunities for self, share new knowledge and encourage team members and broader people team to develop their skills through sharing of knowledge and expertise.
Essential Ingredients
- Proven track record in a continuous improvement role ideally but not limited to within an HR shared services environment.
- Experience in designing and implementing process improvement, digitisation and automation solutions.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional projects and driving cultural change.
- Familiarity with HR metrics, performance monitoring, and customer experience enhancement.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in HR operations and shared services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on process optimisation.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and using HR analytics tools.
- Expertise in continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Technical aptitude and familiarity with HR systems and automation tools.
- You will be required to review operational performance, seeking effectiveness and efficiency improvements through innovation and continuous improvement.
