The Recipe

As the UK’s No. 1 Bakery Brand, we’ve been baking bread since 1876. Today, we’re proudly a fifth-generation family business, supplying over 18,000 retail customers from 11 bakeries and 16 depots, producing more than 70 products – including gluten and wheat-free ranges.

We’re committed to becoming a net-zero business by 2050, minimising our environmental impact while making a positive difference to the communities we serve.

The post-holder will gain practical and hands-on experience, supported with a structured learning programme for 2-3 years.. This role gives you real responsibility early on, contributing to the team’s success while learning the practical application of processes, tools, and techniques.
