The Recipe

Lead the development and implementation of Warburtons' enterprise architecture, with a focus on digital transformation, to enhance data-driven decision-making, and support strategic goals that may include improving sustainability, consumer engagement, and distribution transformation.

• Ensure Alignment of IT Solutions with Business Goals 
• Drive Digital Transformation Initiatives 
• Enhance Data Utilization for Business Insights 
• Stay Updated with Emerging Technologies 

Essential Ingredients

Essential Knowledge: 

• In-depth understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman). 
• Strong knowledge of digital transformation strategies and related technologies. 
• Proficiency in data analytics, and advanced analytics (inc data science) tools. 
• (Desired) Familiarity with sustainability practices and technologies in manufacturing  
• (Desired) Understanding of supply chain and distribution processes. 
• (Desired) Understanding of SAP ERP. 

Experience: 

• Minimum of 10 years in IT roles, including enterprise architecture and digital transformation. 
• Proven track record of leading successful transformation projects. 
• Experience in the manufacturing or food production industry is preferred. 
• Demonstrated ability to align IT initiatives with business objectives. 

Skills: 

• Excellent strategic planning and project management abilities. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. 
• Adaptability to rapidly changing technological landscapes.
