Essential Ingredients

 

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Previous experience of implementing large training programmes (ideally within warehouse)
  • Ability to roll out a national training programme to experienced warehouse personnel and share best practice.

As the Lead Warehouse Trainer at Warburtons, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our warehouse operations. You will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to warehouse staff, with a strong focus on process improvement and proposal writing. This role requires a combination change management, curriculum development, and strategic thinking to drive continuous improvement and optimize our warehouse processes.  This position offers the opportunity for flexible location, with frequent travel required to various sites across the country.
