At Warburtons, family is at the heart of everything we do — and that includes the way we find and welcome new talent. As our Talent Acquisitin Team continues to grow, we’re looking for a proactive and people‑focused Resourcer to help us attract great colleagues who can help shape the future of Britain’s best‑loved bakery brand.

Essential Ingredients

    • Experience in resourcing, recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role
    • Confident communicator with strong people skills
    • Organised, efficient, and able to manage multiple priorities
    • Comfortable using systems and data to keep processes moving
    • A team player who enjoys supporting others and delivering a great experience
    • Passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion in recruitment

The Recipe

As a Resourcer, you’ll play a key role in supporting our end‑to‑end recruitment across manufacturing & distribution within our South Region. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our candidates, helping to create a smooth, inclusive, and engaging experience from application to offer.

You’ll work closely with the Talent Team, Hiring Managers, and wider People teams to make sure we bring in the right people, at the right time, in the right way.

In this role, you’ll proactively source candidates across a range of channels, including job boards, social media, talent pools and referrals, while screening applications and carrying out first‑stage telephone interviews. You’ll manage clear and timely communication with candidates to maintain an excellent overall experience, and you’ll coordinate the hiring process by scheduling interviews and assessments as needed. You’ll keep our ATS updated and accurate, support wider attraction campaigns and employer brand activity, and work closely with Recruiters to understand workforce needs and market trends, ensuring we attract the right talent at the right time.

If you’ve got a positive attitude, a passion for finding brilliant people, and the drive to help keep our business moving, we’d love to hear from you.

We respect and value difference. We look to create an inclusive workplace that promotes and values diversity. Companies that are diverse in age, gender identity, race, religion, sexual orientation, physical or mental ability, ethnicity, or any other aspect which makes them unique, are proven to be better companies. More importantly, creating an environment where everyone, from any background, can do their best work, is the right thing to do.
