Are you an experienced administrator looking for a new challenge? We are looking for an administrator to join our Bolton site. 


As a key member of the team, you will provide an administration service in a busy fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment.

The Recipe

 

As the Administrator, you will thrive on working in a busy environment and enjoy a varied role, no two days are the same. We are looking for a professional and experienced Administrator to support our team, who will ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner to meet internal and external customer demands. 


You will be highly organised and able to prioritise your workload as you will provide administrative support to a variety of functions including production, distribution, finance, Health & safety and HR. You’ll be dedicated to supporting the team with all administration tasks such as but not limited to, stationary management, sorting post, receptionist duties, to dealing with confidential information and administrative occupational health requirements.


Your obsession for attention to detail will go into overdrive in this role, managing site petty cash and ensuring all cash is kept securely and accounted for whilst raising and receipting purchase order numbers for the site as requires.  


You’ll be a confident communicator and possess good written and verbal skills and able to build strong relationships with our colleagues. You will be supporting with communication and engagement at site including arranging necessary facilities for events and displaying posters for initiatives.

•    Experience of working in a fast-paced environment as an administrator or co-ordinator 
•    Excellent IT skills including experience of working with various IT systems, Excel and spreadsheets
