Are you an experienced Talent, Learning and Culture Business Partner available for a 12-18 months contract opportunity?  

 

We’re looking for someone with experience in Leadership and Management development combined with a passion for talent and succession and career coaching.  

 

You’ll relish sharing your knowledge, skills and behaviours that ensure our colleagues have the very best opportunities to develop their readiness for transformation and future change.   

 

The role is based from our Bolton Head Office with occasional travel across the UK network. 

 

Essential Ingredients

 

  • Extensive experience in the talent and succession process with a background in learning and development  
  • A leadership career coach with experience of ongoing development of high potential talent  
  • Experienced in management development, delivering leadership and management development programmes  
  • Change and transformation management; able to facilitate and coach, mentor and support 
  • Able to juggle priorities, be flexible, resilient and drive initiatives using your project management, presentation and delivery skills to Board level 

The Recipe

 

In our Talent, Learning and Culture team, known internally as “TLC”, you’ll work with our Head of Talent, Learning and Culture and the People team.  

We’re committed to developing our people at Warburtons. You’ll be collaborating with others to develop and implement effective Talent Learning and Culture strategies that align with the overall organisation strategy and HR plans.   

 

You’ll drive strategic development and execution of talent and management development programmes, ensuring they align with Warburtons overall business objectives. The role focusses on enhancing the skills and capabilities of managers and leaders, fostering a high-performance culture, and preparing the workforce to meet current and future business challenges. 

 

You’ll have a continuous improvement outlook and be constantly looking to adapt and improve on how we do things, keeping up to date with new initiatives and learning opportunities. With a passion for EDI, project management and best practice, you’ll have every opportunity to shape our people performance and our future.
