Are you an experienced administrator looking for a new part time challenge? We are looking for an administrator to join our Bristol site working 12pm-4pm four days per week. 


As a key member of the team, you will provide an administration service in a busy fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment.

The Recipe

 

As the Administrator, you will thrive on working in a busy environment and enjoy a varied role, no two days are the same. We are looking for a professional and experienced Administrator to support our team, who will ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner to meet internal and external customer demands. 


You will be highly organised and able to prioritise your workload as you will provide administrative support to the Bristol Site. You’ll be dedicated to supporting the team with all administration tasks such as but not limited to, stationary management, sorting post, receptionist duties, processing purchase orders to dealing with confidential information and administrative occupational health requirements.


Our Administrator role is instrumental in supporting the team therefore you will be able to build relationships quickly and communicate confidently.

Essential Ingredients

 

•    Experience of working in a fast-paced environment as an administrator or co-ordinator 
•    Excellent IT skills including experience of working with various IT systems, Excel and spreadsheets
