Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off – 2 days, 2 nights, then 4 off
Hours: 12-hour shifts (Days & Nights rotation)
Pay: £625.00 per week

The Role – Your Chance to Make a Real Impact
As a Bakery Team Member, you’ll be right at the heart of our 24/7 food manufacturing operation. This is a hands-on, varied role where no two shifts are the same.
You’ll work as part of a close-knit shift team, playing a vital role in producing the high-quality products our customers know and love. From operating production lines and working with automated bakery machinery, to maintaining hygiene standards and supporting warehouse activity — you’ll gain experience across multiple areas of the bakery.
Shift Pattern That Works for You
This role follows a 4 on / 4 off rotating shift pattern on a 6 month fixed term contract basis:
- 2 day shifts
- 2 night shifts
- 4 days off
Essential Ingredients
• Experience in FMCG or manufacturing

About Us
Located in the heart of Lancashire is the home of our delicious Crumpets, Pancakes, and Potato Cakes and other freshly baked products that are produced and distributed from our Burnley Bakery. With approximately 360 colleagues, working across 7 manufacturing plants and on a variety of different shift patterns, we operate 363 days of the year running 24 hours a day.
