Essential Ingredients
- Able to work a 9 week rolling rota working 5 nights out of 7- 6pm - 4am
- Experience in a similar role within FMCG
- Ability to work in a safe manner and consider the safety of others
- A good attention to detail with a firm focus on Quality and Health & Safety
- Able to adapt well to change and undertake a variety of activities across our operation
- Understanding the importance of team-work and communicating effectively developing relationships with team members and other teams across the site

As a Team Member, you'll flex your skills across multiple departments, from maintaining hygiene standards to manning the production line and warehouse. Working with cutting-edge bakery machinery and automated plant equipment will be your bread and butter, and at times, you'll be the maestro orchestrating these operations in our food manufacturing wonderland.

About Us
Located in the heart of Lancashire is the home of our delicious Crumpets, Pancakes, and Potato Cakes and other freshly baked products that are produced and distributed from our Burnley Bakery. With approximately 360 colleagues, working across 7 manufacturing plants and on a variety of different shift patterns, we operate 363 days of the year running 24 hours a day.
