The Opportunity

Are you a Technical Coordinator with experience of working in the fast-paced world of manufacturing and looking for your next step?   

We have a newly created opportunity for someone to join our technical team to support us with continuous improvement, investigations using root cause analysis and be passionate about the baking process. Working alongside the Technical Manager you will be the deputy lead for site quality meetings and assist in the completion and updating of appropriate risk assessments.

We will look to you to take responsibility for delivering unbeatable quality and put the Warburtons quality culture at the heart of everything you do in your role.  Above all you will have a passion for producing quality product and be proud to be at the cutting edge of innovation.

Essential Ingredients

  • Awareness of quality systems and external standards implementation.
  • Food Safety qualifications or relevant experience (HACCP)
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages and demonstrates the ability to use a variety of IT systems and applications.
  • Ability to accurately capture and interpret complex data to aid good decision making within scope of role.
  • Confident in problem solving and decision-making, knowing when to escalate.
  • Ability to develop new skills and knowledge of varying complexity to work across a multi-skilled Operations.
  • Attention for detail and a focus on quality.
  • Can positively adapt to changes in work requirements, with a flexible approach and an ability to juggle priorities
