The Recipe

 

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our Distribution team at Enfield on a full time basis, working 5 days per week (but will also include some weekend working), however, there is some flexibility regarding the start and finish times.  As part of the team you will form an integral part of our family to enable our distribution teams to deliver our great quality products, however, you don’t need to have a distribution background, as full training will be provided.

 

Here at our Enfield, we’re proud to be delivering customers our freshest bakery products direct to stores across London and beyond.


You will support the Distribution Team Managers, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner to meet internal and external customer needs. The main responsibilities of the position include:


•    Debriefing our delivery drivers
•    Assisting managers in the day to day running of the distribution office
•    Filing driver and fleet records
•    Uploading Agency hours onto online portal (ETips)
•    Answering telephone queries
•    General administrative duties as required
