Your role will include:

  • Filing and maintaining key manufacturing records for due diligence.
  • Carrying out routine checks such as glass and hard plastic audits.

  • Helping close customer complaints and developing confidence using systems like CRM, Ecorline and Ecotix.
  • Maintaining document control systems and ensuring compliance records are always accurate.
  • Working closely with teams across Production, Hygiene and Technical to solve problems and share updates.
  • Building strong relationships - because in our bakery, teamwork is the secret ingredient.

It’s a hands‑on role in a busy environment - full of learning, variety, and the chance to make a real difference.
