The Recipe

You’ll have excellent relationship building skills and able to network well, working closely with the Compliance Manager and Technical Manager across our site. You’ll drive high standards and quality practices, able to interpret group policies and share them with the wider team.

Identifying and carrying out risk assessments and positively champion new ways of working when required. You will be confident and able to deputise for the Compliance Manager, making quick decisions based on the relevant information and facts, ensuring the three manufacturing plants and colleagues on site understand their role in helping us to deliver our Unbeatable Quality strategy.

This role is a great start to your career at Warburtons, with huge development potential.  Ideally this role will suit someone with a chilled food background who understands the high standards and compliance required; alternatively we welcome applications from a graduate looking to grow their experience in the food sector.
