The Recipe

Our People Advisor opportunity will be a busy and varied role. Your key area of focus will be to support line managers with expert guidance across a range of people-related matters —helping to drive performance, support through change programmes, nurture talent, and boost engagement in line with our department’s objectives. Drawing on your experience in a similar role, you’ll deliver consistent, high-quality advice and practical solutions that make a real impact.

You will work closely with our People Partner and People Services team, providing insight and collaborating on key people activities. You'll have experience of using HR systems and will regularly use data, initiative and judgement to identify continuous improvement opportunities, whilst also supporting our people to make effective and timely business decisions.

A natural coach and trusted advisor, you’ll build strong relationships with leaders and colleagues across the site, becoming the go-to person for all things people.
