The Recipe

 

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our Distribution team at Wakefield, Tuscany Park on a full-time basis. As part of the team you will form an integral part of our family to enable our distribution teams to deliver our great quality products, ideally you will have a distribution background.


Here at Tuscany, we’re proud to be delivering customers our freshest bakery products direct to stores and across the business.


You will support the Distribution department, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner to meet internal and external customer needs. The main responsibilities of the position include:


•    General administrative duties as required
•    Fleet Maintenance Management overseeing vehicle servicing, MOTs, LOLER inspections, tachograph calibrations, and road tax compliance. 
•    Zenith System utilization ensuring accurate data entry and monitoring of vehicle statuses within the Zenith system. 
•    Supplier coordination liaising with suppliers to schedule vehicle bookings, maintenance, and repairs. 
•    Fuel Management including ordering fuel, manage fuel tags, and monitor fuel usage. 
•    Supply ordering by procuring necessary supplies to support fleet operations. 
•    Handle administrative tasks related to distribution & fleet management, including documentation and record-keeping. 
•    VOR & Defect Management working closely with fleet engineers, the distribution team, and suppliers to resolve vehicle defects and minimize Vehicle Off Road (VOR) time. 
•    Purchase Ordering, raise and track purchase orders for distribution & fleet-related expenses

Our Tuscany Park “super bakery” and distribution depot opened in 2005 and can be found on the outskirts of Normanton at Wakefield Europort. The bakery runs 3 high speed, highly automated manufacturing plants producing products like the famous Toastie, Farmhouse, Danish and Wholemeal and sliced bread rolls. 

We have around 500 colleagues at Tuscany Park and 70 colleagues in our Howden depot, who ensure our delicious freshly baked products reach our customers across the UK each day. With some exciting innovation and investment, we’re still growing!
