The Recipe

This role profile covers a range of administrative accountabilities required at site, however it recognised that the accountabilities may be shared between individuals and in accordance with the site’s requirements.

  • To provide site administration in a timely, efficient and organised manner to support the smooth running of the site’s day-to-day activities.
  • To take a broad view of administrative requirements of the site and use initiative to support the site.. 
  • To look for opportunities to improve administrative processes at site.

Key Accountabilities and Measures

  • Managing the administration in relation to the security at the site. 
  • Receptionist duties as per the site requirements
  • Supporting the site with administrative occupational health requirements.
  • Banking and management of cash at site.
  • To support communication and engagement at site
  • Taking the lead as the charity / community champion
  • To take responsibility for ensuring necessary facilities are provided for the site in a timely manner
  • To support other ad hoc administration requirements, as and when required in addition to core responsibilities above to support full and effective business operation. 
  • Additionally, to provide administrative support on site specific requirements.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider site function
  • Good relationship builder- collaborative in approach, establishing credible, trusted relationships with both internal and external contacts at all levels.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong balanced judgement and use a pragmatic common-sense approach
  • Attention to detail and high, consistent levels of accuracy
  • Prioritising and Organisation - Ability to plan and organise and monitor a diverse workload.  
  • Where required - Systems: strong Microsoft skills including PowerPoint; technically ‘savvy’
